Born in 1983, I grew up on the Adriatic coast. From there I developed a strong interest in South East Europe and ex-Yugoslavia. I spent 3 years researching on the field (Sarajevo and Belgrade) for my Master and PhD final works.
I fully speak Serbo-Croatian language that I use for researches. I wrote for online and paper newspapers -mainly on Western Balkans-.
Beteween 2012 and 2013 I had an internship at EU Commission – Enlargement Directorate – and finished my PhD studies.
I recently started a freelance journalistic work in Central Asia, in the attempt to trace natural and human European borders.
